Investing in yourself is always something worth celebrating.
BEFORE YOU START: (some of these are for those in Tier 2 & 3)
- Before we start coaching please fill your Questionnaire & Your Personal Roadmap. Also, set up all the communication apps before you schedule your first call. You can access those below. If you have any issues setting them up, message me.
- Thereafter, you will fill out your check-in form bi weekly if applicable
- My most successful clients fill this out weekly. Staying accountable, both to yourself and to me will ensure the best results. Please complete a check-in form 24 hours in advance of all appointments in complete detail as this allows for better use of our time
- Note: The first month or so is a “calibration period”. We will learn how to listen to your body and isolate your obstacles before we move forward to establish consistency and create results.
- If you have a space in time that your coaching work gets put on the back burner, Be open Why so we can discuss how to make changes to your program. If you do are responsive you are forfeiting your coaching package, as results require both commitment and consistency.
- I do not generally respond to any work-related messages after 5:00pm or before 9am est. Recharging each night is important to me as it allows me to provide you with the highest value.
- This program is a minimum 4-month commitment, there are no refunds as you will get the outcomes you desire if you follow the program and respect that this is a process and it takes time. In the last month, based on progress, we can discuss renewal options. My average client works with me for 6-9 months depending on desired results & their starting points.
- You are able to go at your own pace but it IS up to you to begin & continue working on your action items that we set. Your role is to make these visible to you. I have clients that…
- Write them down and post them on the refrigeratorHave a Specific Coaching Notebook Share them with a friend/significant other
- You also have module work to go through. You have the freedom to pace yourself.
- Progress happens as a result of small consistent action so keeping your action items at the forefront of your mind is KEY.
- My most successful clients work with me for 6-9 months. Lasting results don’t happen overnight, or in 30 days, please don’t expect them to...I will share all the reasons this holds you back in the program.
- You are responsible for turning in you Check-In Form to receive your personalize feedback.
- You are also responsible for utilizing the app system to get your questions answered

I can take up to 48hrs to respond, not including weekends and holidays. You can ask questions at any time 24/7 but know I generally will respond during business hours 10am -5pm est Monday - Thursday.
